A single sheet of 8 1/4" x 5 3/4" inch handmade paper.²

Constructed to be folded to form an envelope, with a gummed strip on the right margin.¹

When closed, one side is blank and can be used for writing an address, with the other side having the printed text of Liber Oz.¹

When opened, the left side has a photograph of Crowley wearing a turban and smoking a pipe. The right side is blank and can be used for writing a message.¹
